   Our platform connects wine enthusiasts with a curated selection of rare and collectible wines offered by private sellers. Explore a diverse range of fine wines from trusted collectors and suppliers, each carefully vetted for provenance and authenticity.

   • Wide Selection: Browse through our collection of rare and vintage wines from private sellers.
   • Detailed Listings: Each bottle comes with comprehensive details, including origin, condition, and, where applicable, previous auction history.

2. 02

   Place Your Request

   Online: Click on the bottle you’re interested in and press "Add to List." Fill out the form with your details. By Email or Phone: Feel free to contact us with your request, and we will respond promptly.

   • Gift Options: Make your wine purchases even more special with our gift services. We offer elegant gift packaging and the option to include a personalized message. Simply select the "Gift Option" at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. 03

   Confirm Pricing & Payment

   All prices displayed are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. We confirm your request in less than 24h and will send you the payment details.

   • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via bank transfer or credit card.
   • Order Confirmation: Once payment is received, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

   Shipping & Delivery

   We offer reliable and fully insured shipping options to ensure your wine arrives safely.

   • Free Shipping in Europe: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all European orders over 250€. For orders under 250€, shipping costs will be calculated and included in the confirmation email.
   • Specialized Packaging: All bottles are securely packed to maintain their condition during transit.
   • Tracking: You will receive a tracking code once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your shipment.
   • Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured, and in case of loss or damage, we’ll replace or refund your order.

   Delivery Times

   Delivery times vary depending on your location:

   • Europe: 3-7 business days after payment.
   • Worldwide: Delivery time confirmed by email prior to order.

   Where are the bottles stored?

   Third-Party Custody: Our bottles are securely held by trusted third parties, ensuring the highest standards of care and protection.

   • Condition Assurance: We diligently verify that all bottles are maintained in excellent condition, providing you with the confidence and quality you deserve.

8. 08

   Provenance & Authenticity

   We take provenance seriously, and we tell you exactly who is selling. Every listing is marked either as a bottle held and certified by Raru, or as a bottle brokered for a third-party seller.

   • Certified by Raru: inspected and appraised in person. We are the seller and we answer for the certification we issue.
   • Brokered: the seller of record is a third-party collector, auction house or supplier, identified to you before you order. We verify and pass on their provenance documentation and support any claim.
   • Inspection: every bottle undergoes a visual inspection, with fill level, label, capsule and storage history documented.

   For Private Sellers

   Are you a private collector looking to sell your wines? Here's how it works for you.

   • List Your Wine: Submit details about your bottle, including its origin, condition, and previous auction or sale history to info@raru.wine.
   • Vetting Process: We review and verify the authenticity of all listings before they go live.
   • Secure Transactions: We handle the transaction and ensure prompt payment once the buyer confirms the purchase.
